目的:探讨神经生长因子联合高压氧对重型颅脑损伤患者的促醒作用。方法:60例重型颅脑损伤昏迷患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。两组患者均接受常规治疗,观察组患者在此基础上使用神经生长因子联合高压氧。于治疗1个月后,比较两组患者GCS评分、GOS等级及清醒率和清醒时间。结果:治疗1个月后,两组患者GCS评分均较治疗前有不同程度改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中以观察组患者改善更为明显,与对照组患者GCS评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组重型颅脑损伤患者GOS良好患者明显多于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组重型颅脑损伤患者的清醒率和清醒时间明显优于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:神经生长因子联合高压氧可促进重型颅脑损伤患者神经功能的恢复,具有促醒及改善预后的作用。

목적:탐토신경생장인자연합고압양대중형로뇌손상환자적촉성작용。방법:60례중형로뇌손상혼미환자안조수궤수자표법분위관찰조화대조조,매조30례。량조환자균접수상규치료,관찰조환자재차기출상사용신경생장인자연합고압양。우치료1개월후,비교량조환자GCS평분、GOS등급급청성솔화청성시간。결과:치료1개월후,량조환자GCS평분균교치료전유불동정도개선,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05);기중이관찰조환자개선경위명현,여대조조환자GCS평분비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);관찰조중형로뇌손상환자GOS량호환자명현다우대조조,비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05);관찰조중형로뇌손상환자적청성솔화청성시간명현우우대조조,비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:신경생장인자연합고압양가촉진중형로뇌손상환자신경공능적회복,구유촉성급개선예후적작용。
Objective:To explore awaking effect of nerve growth factor combined hyperbaric oxygen on patients with severe traumatic brain injury. Method:60 coma patients with severe traumatic brain injury were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,30 cases in each group. All patients of two groups were received conventional treatment, and the patients of observation group were given nerve growth factor combined with hyperbaric oxygen simultaneously. After one month of treatment,the GCS score,GOS grade,sobriety rates and awaking time of the two groups were compared. Result:After one month of treatment,GCS score of the two groups with different degrees of improvement compared with the previous,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In which the observation group were improved more significantly,compared with the control group of patients’ GCS score,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The GOS classification of patients with severe head injury in the observation group was higher than patients of the control group,the two groups had significant difference(P<0.05). The observation group with severe traumatic brain injury and sober ratio were significantly better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Nerve growth factor combined with hyperbaric oxygen in patients with severe head injury can promote recovery of neurological function,and have the function of the wake and improve prognosis.
