目的探讨改进一次性输液器排气管的位置对静脉输液过程的影响。方法在静脉输液操作中,将排气管的位置从瓶口调整到瓶子底部,从输液的安全性、平稳性、可控性以及微粒数量的改变进行比较。结果改进后输液滴速平稳,可控范围增加,同时减少了输液污染。结论改进后的方法可提高输液的安全性和有效性。

목적탐토개진일차성수액기배기관적위치대정맥수액과정적영향。방법재정맥수액조작중,장배기관적위치종병구조정도병자저부,종수액적안전성、평은성、가공성이급미립수량적개변진행비교。결과개진후수액적속평은,가공범위증가,동시감소료수액오염。결론개진후적방법가제고수액적안전성화유효성。
Objective To investigate the impact of improving the position of air vent tube disposable infusion on the venous transfusion .Methods Changing the position of air vent tube from the opening to bottom of the bottle during the venous transfusion and comparing with the traditional infusion from safety ,stationarity ,controllability of drop speed and changes of microparticle quantity .Results The drop speed of infusion get more stationary and controllable ,and the infusion pollution reduced at the same time after improvement of the position of air vent tube .Conclusion The improvment measures could enhance the safety and effectiveness of infusion .
