分析了几种常用的碳纤维表面改性处理方法,设计了采用液相氧化法对碳纤维进行小批量表面改性的实验装置并制取了碳纤维表面改性样品。利用扫描电镜对制得的样品表面形貌进行观察,结果显示,经表面改性后的碳纤维表面出现了刻蚀的沟槽,增加了比表面积,达到了处理目的。

Several commonly used carbon fiber surface treatment methods are analyzed and a device that conducts surface modification in small quantities with the liquid phase oxidation method in the laboratory is designed, with samples of carbon fiber involving surface modification produced. A scanning electron microscopy (SEM) is used to observe the surface morphology of produced samples, with the result indicating that there exist etching grooves on the surface of the carbon fiber that has gone through modification, with the specific surface area increased, achieving the purpose of treatment.
