横梁是小型数控雕刻机中重要的承载部件,其静、动态特性对整机的加工精度和稳定性影响较大。利用ANSYS Workbench对横梁结构进行了有限元分析,结果表明横梁的强度和刚度均满足机床的精度要求,同时提出了避免横梁结构发生共振的刀具加工频率。
橫樑是小型數控彫刻機中重要的承載部件,其靜、動態特性對整機的加工精度和穩定性影響較大。利用ANSYS Workbench對橫樑結構進行瞭有限元分析,結果錶明橫樑的彊度和剛度均滿足機床的精度要求,同時提齣瞭避免橫樑結構髮生共振的刀具加工頻率。

The beam structure is an important bearing member of a small CNC engraving machine, and its static and dynamic characteristics have a great impact on the machining precision and stability of the whole machine. ANSYS Workbench is used to conduct a finite element analysis of the beam structure, with the result showing that the strength and rigidity of the beam structure can meet the precision requirements of machines. At the same time, tool machining frequency for avoiding beam structure resonance is put forward.
