目的：探讨微创经皮钢板内固定技术治疗四肢骨折并发症50例临床分析。方法回顾性分析我院收治的50例微创经皮钢板内固定技术治疗四肢骨折患者发生并发症的临床资料进行分析，观察其并发症并分析其原因。结果50例患者均得以回访，回访3～24个月，50例患者出现多种并发症。其中伤口感染31例，皮肤坏死11例，骨折延迟愈合2例、骨不连2例，畸形愈合1例，内固定松动1例、内固定折断1例，关节僵硬1例。结论微创皮钢板内固定技术治疗四肢骨折，大多数并发症可以预防，临床常见并发症与医源性因素及不合理功能锻炼有关。
목적：탐토미창경피강판내고정기술치료사지골절병발증50례림상분석。방법회고성분석아원수치적50례미창경피강판내고정기술치료사지골절환자발생병발증적림상자료진행분석，관찰기병발증병분석기원인。결과50례환자균득이회방，회방3～24개월，50례환자출현다충병발증。기중상구감염31례，피부배사11례，골절연지유합2례、골불련2례，기형유합1례，내고정송동1례、내고정절단1례，관절강경1례。결론미창피강판내고정기술치료사지골절，대다수병발증가이예방，림상상견병발증여의원성인소급불합리공능단련유관。
objective to explore the minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation technique in the treatment of limbs fracture complication clinical analysis of 50 cases. Methods retrospective analysis of 50 cases in our hospital of minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation technique in the treatment of limbs fracture clinical data of patients with complications were analyzed, observe the complications and analysis of its causes. results all the 50 patients were able to visit, visit 3-24 month, 50 patients had complications. among 31 cases of wound infection, skin necrosis in 11 cases, 2 cases of delayed union, 2 cases of nonunion, malunion in 1 cases, 1 cases with internal fixation loosening, internal fixation of fracture in 1 cases, 1 cases of ankylosis. Conclusions Minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation for the treatment of fractures of the extremities, most complications can be prevented, the clinical complications and iatrogenic factors and the unreasonable functional exercise.
