目的:对强直性脊柱炎患者的人类白细胞相关抗原B27(HLA-B27)采用流式细胞术进行检测的方法进行分析,并探讨其阳性率和强直性脊柱炎的关系。方法:选取本院在2012年2月~2013年10月间收治的100例强直性脊柱炎患者与50例进行健康体检人群,将前者设为观察组,将后者设为对照组,给予两组受检者采用流式细胞术对HLA-B27进行检测,观察两组受检者HLA-B27的阳性率。结果:经过检测后,观察组与对照组的HLA-B27的阳性率明显具有差异性,两组对比具有差异性,P<0.05,统计学有意义。结论:通过采用流式细胞术对人体中的HLA-B27进行检测,能够尽早的对强直性脊柱炎患者进行诊断与治疗,具有显著的临床价值。

목적:대강직성척주염환자적인류백세포상관항원B27(HLA-B27)채용류식세포술진행검측적방법진행분석,병탐토기양성솔화강직성척주염적관계。방법:선취본원재2012년2월~2013년10월간수치적100례강직성척주염환자여50례진행건강체검인군,장전자설위관찰조,장후자설위대조조,급여량조수검자채용류식세포술대HLA-B27진행검측,관찰량조수검자HLA-B27적양성솔。결과:경과검측후,관찰조여대조조적HLA-B27적양성솔명현구유차이성,량조대비구유차이성,P<0.05,통계학유의의。결론:통과채용류식세포술대인체중적HLA-B27진행검측,능구진조적대강직성척주염환자진행진단여치료,구유현저적림상개치。
Objective: in patients with ankylosing spondylitis human leukocyte antigen B27 related (HLA B27) using flow cytometry to detect method is analyzed, and its positive relationship with the laymen spondylitis. Selection methods: our hospital in between 2012 february and 2013 october of 100 patients with ankylosing spondylitis and 50 cases of healthy check-up crowd, set as the observation group, the former to the latter set as control group, give two groups of subjects using flow cytometry to detect HLA, B27, observe two groups of subjects of HLA, B27 positive rate. Results: after test, the observation group and control group of HLA - B27 positive rate has obvious difference, comparing the two groups have differences, P < 0.05, statistical y significant. Conclusion: by using flow cytometry to detect HLA B27 - in to the human body, as soon as possible for diagnosis and treatment in patien-ts with ankylosing spondylitis, has significant clinical value.
