目的：回顾性分析活动性肺结核的影像表现，探讨影像的正确诊断方法以便得到及时治疗。方法回顾性分析痰检涂片阳性44例活动性肺结核患者的影像结果进行整理和分析。结果临床诊断为活动性肺结核的本组中,44例X线平片表现为斑片状或实变影（61%，27/44），腺泡结节影（61%,27/44），溶解空洞及播散（52%,23/44）；11例CT表现为小叶中心病变伴“树芽征”、空洞或实变影（各73%,8/11）、磨玻璃影、小叶间隔增厚（55%,6/11）。结论斑片状或实变影、腺泡结节影、溶解空洞及播散和小叶中心病变伴“树芽征”、磨玻璃样密度影为活动性肺结核特征性影像学表现，这些征象在涂阴活动性肺结核的影像诊断中有重要的临床诊断价值。
목적：회고성분석활동성폐결핵적영상표현，탐토영상적정학진단방법이편득도급시치료。방법회고성분석담검도편양성44례활동성폐결핵환자적영상결과진행정리화분석。결과림상진단위활동성폐결핵적본조중,44례X선평편표현위반편상혹실변영（61%，27/44），선포결절영（61%,27/44），용해공동급파산（52%,23/44）；11례CT표현위소협중심병변반“수아정”、공동혹실변영（각73%,8/11）、마파리영、소협간격증후（55%,6/11）。결론반편상혹실변영、선포결절영、용해공동급파산화소협중심병변반“수아정”、마파리양밀도영위활동성폐결핵특정성영상학표현，저사정상재도음활동성폐결핵적영상진단중유중요적림상진단개치。
Objective: A retrospective analysis was conducted on imaging manifestation of active pulmonary tuberculosis to investigate the correct image diagnostic methods so that medical treatment could be received sooner. Methods: 44 positive cases of Sputum Smears Examination were retrospectively reviewed.Results: The major findings of the 44 cases are:patchy or consolidation shadows in 27 cases out of 44 (61%), acinar shadow in 27 (61%), cavitation and dissemination in 23(52%), Tree-in-bud pulmonary, cavitation and consolidation shadow in 8 cases out of 11(73%), ground-glass shadow and nodular interlobular septal thickening in 6(55%).Conclusion: The imaging manifestitation plays an important role in diagnosis of smear negative active pulmonary tuberculosis suspects.
