目的：从药学服务角度对促进合理联合使用中西药进行探讨。方法对我院医院药房开展临床药学服务的过程进行分析和总结。结果在医院药房发挥药师的作用，更好地开展临床药学服务。结论在医院药房开展临床药学服务，发挥医院药师的作用，促进临床中西药联合合理用药。

from the perspective of pharmaceutical care, promote the reasonable combination of Chinese and western medicine were discussed. Methods in our hospital pharmacy were analyzed and summarized the course of development of clinical pharmacy services. The results play the role of pharmacists in the hospital pharmacy, to better carry out the clinical pharmaceutical services. Conclusion clinical pharmaceutical service in hospital pharmacies, hospitals play the role of pharmacists, promote rational drug use in clinic of traditional and Western medicine.
