目的:探讨直立状态下的腓骨受力情况。方法152例在校女大学生。被测者处于标准解剖学姿势状态,取被测者内外踝中点,以细丝线上端固定于胫骨粗隆顶点处,下端固定于内外踝中点处;另取过胫骨粗隆顶点的铅垂线,两线在胫骨粗隆顶点处的夹角为所需测角,将其命名为∠α。平对被测角顶点固定相机,距离50厘米拍照。照片输入电脑用图像分析专用软件分析,取得角α具体度数。平行四边形法则对腓骨受力进行分析。结果左侧∠α为9.775°±0.1748°,右侧∠α为9.074°±0.2010°,左、右侧比较差异有显著性(t=2.632,P<0.01)。受力分析得左侧腓骨受力为(0.2617±0.003777) w(w为设定人在直立状态下小腿所受的力),右侧腓骨受力为(0.2457±0.004442)w,左右侧受力比较差异有显著性(P<0.001)。结论直立静止状态下,腓骨受力为小腿受力的1/4且左、右侧差异有显著性。

Objective To explore the fibular static force when subjects are in the upright position. Methods 152 female students in university are included.They were in standard anatomical position,surveyor search the midpoint of the included angle and the external mal eolus by tape measure.Take a thin thread,the upper end of the line is fixed on the apex of the tibial tuberosity with a transparency,and the lower end of the line is fixed on the midpoint of the included angle and the external mal eolus.Take another thin thread,identify a plumb line through the apex of the tibial tuberosity.And the angle between two threads is what we need,and the angle is named ∠α.Then a camera is fixed in front of the angle at a distance of 50 centimeters by a tripod to take photo for the angle in the angle’s level,and import the photos into a computer to get ∠αs.Then analysis the force of the fibular by the paral elogram law. Results ∠α of left side is 9.775° ±0.1748° ,right side is 9.074° ±0.2010° .There are significant differences between two sides(t=2.632,P<0.01). The results of force analysis are that (0.2617±0.003777)w in left side,(0.2457±0.004442)w in the right leg There are significant differences between two sides(P<0.001). Conclusions The force of the fibular is one quarter of peroneotibial’s in a upright stationary state.
