目的：探讨单采血小板室环境对技师的危害及防护措施。方法综合文献并分析环境存在的有害因素，提出了重在防护的相应措施。结果单采血小板室内的多种有害因素都可通过相应的防护，避免或减少对技师身心造成危害。结论单采血小板室技师的健康问题应予高度重视，积极的防护措施是行之有效的。
목적：탐토단채혈소판실배경대기사적위해급방호조시。방법종합문헌병분석배경존재적유해인소，제출료중재방호적상응조시。결과단채혈소판실내적다충유해인소도가통과상응적방호，피면혹감소대기사신심조성위해。결론단채혈소판실기사적건강문제응여고도중시，적겁적방호조시시행지유효적。
Objective To study the harm and protecting measure of apheresis piatalet-room’s environment to technician-es. Methods To review literatures,analyse harmful factors of the environment and propose corresponding measure of protecting. Results Multiple harmful factors ofapheresis piatalet-room could be protected to avoid and reduce the harm of bodies to technicianes. Conclusion technicians health in the apheresis piatalet-room should be noticed highly.Positive protecting measure is very useful.
