目的：总结单孔腹腔镜行阑尾切除手术配合的护理经验。方法对136例急性阑尾炎患者在单孔腹腔镜下行阑尾切除，采取针对性的护理与配合。结果128例在单孔腹腔镜下完成手术，8例转为常规腹腔镜手术，无中转开腹，全组无术后出血、切口感染等严重并发症发生。结论术前做好必要的准备，术中密切配合，是保证手术顺利完成的关键。
目的：總結單孔腹腔鏡行闌尾切除手術配閤的護理經驗。方法對136例急性闌尾炎患者在單孔腹腔鏡下行闌尾切除，採取針對性的護理與配閤。結果128例在單孔腹腔鏡下完成手術，8例轉為常規腹腔鏡手術，無中轉開腹，全組無術後齣血、切口感染等嚴重併髮癥髮生。結論術前做好必要的準備，術中密切配閤，是保證手術順利完成的關鍵。
목적：총결단공복강경행란미절제수술배합적호리경험。방법대136례급성란미염환자재단공복강경하행란미절제，채취침대성적호리여배합。결과128례재단공복강경하완성수술，8례전위상규복강경수술，무중전개복，전조무술후출혈、절구감염등엄중병발증발생。결론술전주호필요적준비，술중밀절배합，시보증수술순리완성적관건。
Objective: To summarize the single port laparoscopic appendectomy operation nursing experience.Methods: 136 cases of acute appendicitis patients in single port laparoscopic appendectomy, take pertinence nursing and cooperation.Results: 128cases complete with single-port, 8 cases change to conventional laparoscopic, no case was transferred to opening appendectomy, no postoperative bleeding, infection and other severe complications.Conclusion: preoperative make necessary preparations, close cooperation during operation, the key is to ensure smooth operation.
