侧颅底解剖结构复杂，肿瘤手术难度大、手术风险高，需多学科通力合作，成为跨学科的复杂难题。随着40余年来的发展，颅底肿瘤外科有了长足的进步，主要在显微解剖学，术前影像学诊断，手术入路的选择，术中神经、血管的保护有了巨大的发展。本文对近年来侧颅底肿瘤的诊断及手术治疗新进展进行综述。

The surgical treatment of lateral skul base tumors is difficult with high risk, and it is a kind of interdisciplinary complex surgery. With the development of more than 40 years, the tumor of the skul base surgery had great progress, mainly in the microanatomy, preoperative imaging diagnosis, the choice of surgical approach, the protection of nerve and blood vessel has the huge development. In this paper, the lateral skul base tumors in recent years, summarized the new development of the diagnosis and surgical treatment.
