The bottleneck in the linear parameter fitting and its uncertainty evaluation in spacecraft leak test are dicta-ted. By using the least square method, the calculation formula for slope parameter in linear equation was derived. And the calculation formulae for both type A and type B uncertainty of the slope were derived consequently. Then the formulae were simplified and proved to be effective. In the end the applying process for the formulae were demonstrated via an example.
