对抛丸灰(粉)进行筛分,检测不同粒度抛丸灰(粉)的物化性能,进行不同粒度抛丸灰(粉)代替不锈钢连铸坯切割铁粉利用的试验。试验表明:粒度为100~300目的抛丸粉流动性较好,切割过程中熔渣流动性也较好,切割端面整齐,可代替切割铁粉使用。
對拋汍灰(粉)進行篩分,檢測不同粒度拋汍灰(粉)的物化性能,進行不同粒度拋汍灰(粉)代替不鏽鋼連鑄坯切割鐵粉利用的試驗。試驗錶明:粒度為100~300目的拋汍粉流動性較好,切割過程中鎔渣流動性也較好,切割耑麵整齊,可代替切割鐵粉使用。

Blasting powder & ash was screened, and physicochemical properties of different granularities were tested. The experiments of substituting blasting powder & ash in different granularities for cut stainless steel continuous casting slab were carried out and the results showed that the granularities of blasting powder &ash ranging from 100 to 300 mesh could replace the cutting iron powder for their better fluidity which induces preferable fluidity of slag and neat cutting surface.
