Through creating health information network, building micro-blog exchange platform and QQ groups, providing text messages service, establishing information exchange platform, taking advantage of the roles of College Student Work and the Offices of College Student Health Insurance, Fuzhou medical insurance center has promoted the informationization and socialization of health insurance for college students. As a result, the enrollment of students in health insurance has reached a rate of 97%.
