建立了以高效液相色谱法测定染发剂中20种染料成分的分析方法。采用RP-AMIDE C16色谱柱(250 mm ×4.6 mm ×5μm),以水-乙腈-磷酸盐混合溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,同时测定染发剂中20种染料成分。方法回收率在85%~115%之间,在10~500μg/mL的质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r均大于0.99。
建立瞭以高效液相色譜法測定染髮劑中20種染料成分的分析方法。採用RP-AMIDE C16色譜柱(250 mm ×4.6 mm ×5μm),以水-乙腈-燐痠鹽混閤溶液為流動相,梯度洗脫,同時測定染髮劑中20種染料成分。方法迴收率在85%~115%之間,在10~500μg/mL的質量濃度範圍內線性關繫良好,相關繫數r均大于0.99。

An analytical method for determination of 20 kinds of dye components in hair dye by HPLC was established. By using RP-AMIDE C16 (250 mm × 4.6 mm × 5μm)as chromatographic column,acetonitrile-water-mixed phosphate solution as mobile phase with gradient elution,20 kinds of dye components in hair dye were determined simultaneously. The recoveries were between 85% and 115% at the spiked levels of 10 to 500μg/mL,and good linear relationship withrmore than 0.99 of the curves were achieved.
