目的：探讨16层螺旋CT及后处理技术在诊断腕关节隐匿性骨折的价值。方法回顾性分析60例数字X线摄影（DR）平片诊断腕关节可疑骨折病例的16层螺旋CT的二维及三维图像。结果经16层螺旋CT扫描诊断腕关节骨折54例，其中手舟骨骨折21例、月骨骨折4例、三角骨骨折12例、豆状骨骨折3例、头状骨骨折2例、大多角骨骨折8例、钩状骨骨折4例。排除骨折6例，诊断腕关节骨折阳性率达90%。结论16层螺旋CT多平面重组技术（MPR）与三维重组技术（VR、SSD及MIP等）相结合能对腕关节隐匿性骨折做出准确诊断，并对治疗方案的选择及预后的评估有重要价值。
목적：탐토16층라선CT급후처리기술재진단완관절은닉성골절적개치。방법회고성분석60례수자X선섭영（DR）평편진단완관절가의골절병례적16층라선CT적이유급삼유도상。결과경16층라선CT소묘진단완관절골절54례，기중수주골골절21례、월골골절4례、삼각골골절12례、두상골골절3례、두상골골절2례、대다각골골절8례、구상골골절4례。배제골절6례，진단완관절골절양성솔체90%。결론16층라선CT다평면중조기술（MPR）여삼유중조기술（VR、SSD급MIP등）상결합능대완관절은닉성골절주출준학진단，병대치료방안적선택급예후적평고유중요개치。
Objective To explore the value of 16-slice spiral CT and post-processing techniques in the diagnosis of occult wrist fractures.Methods The 2D and 3D 16-slice CT images of 60 patients with suspected wrist fractures on digital radiographs were retrospectively analyzed.Results The 54 fractures detected on CT involved the scaphoid(21),triquetrum(12),trapezium(8), lunate(4),hamate(4),pisiform(3),and capitate(2).The remaining 6 patients did not have fractures on CT with positive diagnostic rate of 90%.Conclusions 16-slice spiral CT with multi-planar reconstruction,3D volume rendering,surface shaded display and maximum intensity projection is accurate for diagnosing occult wrist.
