司法是法治的基本保障。法治中国建设离不开建构科学、运行良好的司法体制的支撑与推动。然而，当前我国司法体制确远远滞后于法治中国建设的需要及民众对公平正义的期待。因此，贯彻十八届三中全会关于司法体制改革的精神，明确新时期我国司法体制改革的目标，着力从法治思维、司法内部管理体制、司法权力运行机制、司法权力监督机制等方面全面推进我国司法体制改革，乃法治中国建设的必然选择。
司法是法治的基本保障。法治中國建設離不開建構科學、運行良好的司法體製的支撐與推動。然而，噹前我國司法體製確遠遠滯後于法治中國建設的需要及民衆對公平正義的期待。因此，貫徹十八屆三中全會關于司法體製改革的精神，明確新時期我國司法體製改革的目標，著力從法治思維、司法內部管理體製、司法權力運行機製、司法權力鑑督機製等方麵全麵推進我國司法體製改革，迺法治中國建設的必然選擇。
사법시법치적기본보장。법치중국건설리불개건구과학、운행량호적사법체제적지탱여추동。연이，당전아국사법체제학원원체후우법치중국건설적수요급민음대공평정의적기대。인차，관철십팔계삼중전회관우사법체제개혁적정신，명학신시기아국사법체제개혁적목표，착력종법치사유、사법내부관리체제、사법권력운행궤제、사법권력감독궤제등방면전면추진아국사법체제개혁，내법치중국건설적필연선택。
Since judiciary is the fundamental guarantee of rule of law, China ruled of law construction can not be separable from the support and promotion of a scientiifc and well-running judicial system. However, China’s current judicial system lags far behind the requirement of China ruled of law construction and the expectation of fair and justice by people. So, basing on implementing the spirit of judicial system reform proposed on the third session of the eighteenth central committee of the CPC, the followings are inevitable choices for the construction of China ruled of law, i.e. clarification of the reform target of China judicial system in new era, as well as promotion of China judicial system reform comprehensively from aspects of legal thinking, internal judicial management system, judicial power operation mechanism, judicial power supervision mechanism, etc.
