目的:通过磨牙竖直模型在口腔医学本科教学中的应用,探索改革口腔正畸学有关固定矫治技术的实验教学方法。方法:在皖南医学院2009级口腔医学专业学生中随机选择两个小班(各30人)分别设为实验组和对照组。实验组进行磨牙竖直实验,对照组进行常规固定矫治器的实验。对托槽的粘贴、矫治弓丝的弯制和作用及运用、牙齿移动及移动类型、支抗的认识、辅助正畸的了解以及学习兴趣等几方面进行了问卷调查并进行统计学分析。结果:实验组在对矫治弓丝作用及运用、支抗的理解、牙齿移动及移动类型以及对辅助性正畸的认识与对照组的差别有统计学意义,在托槽的粘贴、弓丝的弯制以及对正畸学的学习兴趣方面的差别没有统计学意义。结论:口腔正畸学固定矫治技术的实验教学中运用磨牙竖直模型训练学生能够更好地让学生理解和掌握支抗、矫治弓丝的运用、牙齿的移动、牙齿移动的种类以及辅助性正畸治疗。

목적:통과마아수직모형재구강의학본과교학중적응용,탐색개혁구강정기학유관고정교치기술적실험교학방법。방법:재환남의학원2009급구강의학전업학생중수궤선택량개소반(각30인)분별설위실험조화대조조。실험조진행마아수직실험,대조조진행상규고정교치기적실험。대탁조적점첩、교치궁사적만제화작용급운용、아치이동급이동류형、지항적인식、보조정기적료해이급학습흥취등궤방면진행료문권조사병진행통계학분석。결과:실험조재대교치궁사작용급운용、지항적리해、아치이동급이동류형이급대보조성정기적인식여대조조적차별유통계학의의,재탁조적점첩、궁사적만제이급대정기학적학습흥취방면적차별몰유통계학의의。결론:구강정기학고정교치기술적실험교학중운용마아수직모형훈련학생능구경호지양학생리해화장악지항、교치궁사적운용、아치적이동、아치이동적충류이급보조성정기치료。
Objective:To explore a strategy to improve the experimental teaching of orthodontics for undergraduate students on the fixed molar uprighting model basis.Methods:Two small-sized classes(students enrolled in 2009 in Wannan Medical College) were randomly included and allocated to experi-mental group and control group(n=30 for each).The experimental group were taught with molar uprighting model and the controls with conventional fix appliance.By the end of the curriculum,two groups of students were surveyed with questionnaire concerning the requirements specified in the program ob-jective including the skills of pasting brackets and archwire bending ,understating of the role of archwire in tooth movement and type of tooth movement , knowledge of anchorage and importance of adjunctive orthodontic treatment as well as the interest of orthodontics learning ,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results:The two groups were statistically different regarding the understanding of the role of archwire and its application ,knowledge of the an-chorage,the tooth movement and the movement type as well as importance of adjunctive orthodontic treatment ,yet remained not so significant on the skills of pasteing bracket and archwire bending besides learning interest in orthodontics .Conclusion:Application of molar uprighing model may benefit the students in learning orthodontics on commanding of the skills defined in the curriculum .
