目的：探讨颈内动脉海绵窦段动脉瘤的诊治方法。方法：对8例颈内动脉海绵窦段动脉瘤采用血管内治疗，2例内科保守治疗随访，分析其治疗效果。结果：术后血管造影8例患者中的10个动脉瘤显示：6个动脉瘤不显影，4个绝大部分不显影；2例患者中的2个动脉瘤无变化。随访1～22个月，8例临床症状较前明显好转，2例内科保守（未介入治疗者）无明显变化。结论：对于有症状的颈内动脉海绵窦段动脉瘤，通过完善的术前评估，采取个性化血管内治疗可以减轻、甚至解除患者的临床症状，达到治愈的疗效，是综合治疗海绵窦段动脉瘤的安全、有效及并发症少的重要方法之一。而对无症状或者轻微症状的小动脉瘤定期随访观察是安全的。
목적：탐토경내동맥해면두단동맥류적진치방법。방법：대8례경내동맥해면두단동맥류채용혈관내치료，2례내과보수치료수방，분석기치료효과。결과：술후혈관조영8례환자중적10개동맥류현시：6개동맥류불현영，4개절대부분불현영；2례환자중적2개동맥류무변화。수방1～22개월，8례림상증상교전명현호전，2례내과보수（미개입치료자）무명현변화。결론：대우유증상적경내동맥해면두단동맥류，통과완선적술전평고，채취개성화혈관내치료가이감경、심지해제환자적림상증상，체도치유적료효，시종합치료해면두단동맥류적안전、유효급병발증소적중요방법지일。이대무증상혹자경미증상적소동맥류정기수방관찰시안전적。
Objective:To investigate the diagnosis and treatment approaches to internal carotid cavernous artery aneurysm of the segment (ICCAAns). Methods:Of the total cases of ICCAAns,8 received endovascular intervention,and 2 were merely followed up,and the results were retrospectively ana-lyzed.Results:Postoperative angiography revealed no relapse in 6 aneurysms of the 10 in 8 patients,partial residual for the 4 aneurysms,and that 2 lesions remained unchanged.In a follow-up period of 1 to 22 months showed that 8 patients were significantly improved in clinical symptoms ,and another 2 under-gone mere expectant treatment had no change in aneurysm size .Conclusion:For symptomatic aneurysms of the cavernous segment ,individualized endovas-cular intervention may lead to partial or total relief of the clinical symptoms or even curative effects ,given that the patients were evaluated enough preopera-tively,and this is also the safer and general approach to treatment of the aneurysms.Contrarily,regular follow-up may be favorable to those whose aneurysms are asymptomatic or small in size .
