集装箱堆场出口箱在贝位内的箱位分配直接影响装船时取箱作业效率。文中针对集装箱堆场出口箱箱位分配问题,从装船取箱时堆场贝位内最小化翻箱的角度,建立取箱作业翻箱量最小的数学模型,从源头上寻求减少装船时翻箱的方法。在研究进场出口箱已有堆放策略的基础上,分析了贝位内堆放方式对翻箱的影响,提出一种基于重量等级的混合堆放方法,并用启发式算法为出口箱在贝位内分配具体箱位。最后通过比较不同堆放方式下的翻箱率来评价方法的优劣。实例结果表明,文中算法可以有效解决出口箱的箱位分配问题,减少装船取箱时贝位内的翻箱次数。

The export container slots allocation in container yard directly affects the loading efficiency .Focu-sing on slots allocation problem for export container in container yard ,this paper established a mathematical model from the perspective of minimizing the number of the rehandles during loading operations in bays and sought the approach of minimizing the number of the rehandles .Through analyzing the effects of different stacking modes ,a weight-based hybrid sequence storage approach was proposed on the basis of existing stor-age strategies ,the slots allocation problem for export container was solved by means of a hybrid sequence stacking algorithm .The performance of the proposed hybrid sequence storage approach was compared with two other stacking modes to evaluate the algorithm .Experimental results showed that the proposed approach was efficient in solving the storage location assignment problem for export container and could minimize the number of the rehandles during loading operations .
