目前在世界范围内花生过敏的致命发生率有所增加。花生过敏症是由免疫球蛋白E(IgE)对花生蛋白质产生的过敏性反应,过敏原主要是通过摄食,其次为通过皮肤接触和吸入进入体内。临床症状经常涉及多个系统,包括皮肤、心血管、消化和呼吸系统。诊断花生过敏的第一步是详细询问病史和体格检查,诊断试验包括皮肤点刺试验(SPT)、体外花生特异性IgE测定、直接进食花生试验。花生过敏症的预防重点是教育患者及其家属避免接触含有花生成分的产品,此外还应该了解过敏反应的早期体征,学会对过敏症状的初步治疗,以及长期随访。目前,临床医生正在研究具有良好应用前景的新的免疫治疗方案。

Allergic reactions to peanuts in children have become a significant medical and legal concern worldwide, with a rising incidence of this potentially fatal condition. Peanut allergy represents an immunoglobulin E (IgE) mediated hypersensitivity reaction to peanut proteins. Exposure to the allergen was most commonly through ingestion, followed by presumed skin contact and inhalation. Clinical reactions frequently involve multiple organs including the cutaneous, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, and respiratory systems. The ifrst step in identifying peanut as the cause of a reaction is a detailed history and physical examination. Detection of peanut-speciifc IgE by either skin prick test (SPT) or in vitro assays can help with diagnosis. Management of peanut allergy centers on educating patients and their families on complete avoidance of peanut-containing products, and have recognition of early signs of an allergic reaction, know the treatment of early stages of allergic symptoms, and follow-up long-term. New immunotherapeutic options are being investigated and appear promising.
