介绍了圆柱凸轮机构的一种特殊应用形式,特殊在于多圈螺旋的圆柱凸轮,使多个滚子同时处于啮合状态,提高系统的刚度和承载能力。该传动件虽为超静定机构,但通过控制间隙(精度)和构件的弹性变形来实现连续传动。在传动设计合理的前提下将该机构应用于减速器行业,设计出无齿减速器。通过在工厂加工试制样品并实验表明:类比于同类减速器,无齿减速器具有传动平稳,承载能力强,传动精度大,大传动比,制作工艺简单等特点。
介紹瞭圓柱凸輪機構的一種特殊應用形式,特殊在于多圈螺鏇的圓柱凸輪,使多箇滾子同時處于齧閤狀態,提高繫統的剛度和承載能力。該傳動件雖為超靜定機構,但通過控製間隙(精度)和構件的彈性變形來實現連續傳動。在傳動設計閤理的前提下將該機構應用于減速器行業,設計齣無齒減速器。通過在工廠加工試製樣品併實驗錶明:類比于同類減速器,無齒減速器具有傳動平穩,承載能力彊,傳動精度大,大傳動比,製作工藝簡單等特點。

The paper describes a special application form of cylindrical cam ,which particularity lies in cylindrical cam with multi-circle spiral flow ,makes multiple roller in the meshing state at the same time ,in order to improve the rigidity and bearing capacity of the system .Although the transmission part is statically indeterminate structure ,continuous transmission can be achieved by controlling the clearance (precision) and the elastic deformation of component .On the premise of reasonable trans-mission design ,the mechanism will be used in the industries of reducer .sample processing and experi-ment were carried out in the factory .The results of sample processing and experiment carried out in the factory show that analogy to similar reducer ,gearless reducer has the character of smooth trans-mission ,carrying capacity ,big transmission accuracy ,big transmission ratio and simple production process .
