目的：观察白芍总苷联合阿维A、窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)照射治疗中、重度寻常性银屑病临床疗效和安全性。方法60例中、重度寻常性银屑病患者随机分为两组，试验组和对照组各30例。试验组予口服白芍总苷600 mg每日3次、阿维A 0.5 mg/(kgμd)、NB-UVB照射（隔日1次）治疗，对照组给予口服阿维A 0.5 mg/(kgμd)、NB-UVB照射（隔日1次）治疗，疗程均为8周。以银屑病皮损面积严重度指数(PASI)评分评价疗效，并记录不良反应。结果试验组完成观察28例，对照组完成27例。治疗8周后，治疗组PASI评分为(4.23±2.96)分，低于对照组(7.45±3.05)分，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；试验组有效25例，有效率为89.28%，高于对照组(66.67%)，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组未见明显不良反应。结论白芍总苷联合阿维A、NB-UVB治疗中、重度寻常性银屑病患者疗效好、安全性高，是一种治疗寻常性银屑病较好的方法。
목적：관찰백작총감연합아유A、착보중파자외선(NB-UVB)조사치료중、중도심상성은설병림상료효화안전성。방법60례중、중도심상성은설병환자수궤분위량조，시험조화대조조각30례。시험조여구복백작총감600 mg매일3차、아유A 0.5 mg/(kgμd)、NB-UVB조사（격일1차）치료，대조조급여구복아유A 0.5 mg/(kgμd)、NB-UVB조사（격일1차）치료，료정균위8주。이은설병피손면적엄중도지수(PASI)평분평개료효，병기록불량반응。결과시험조완성관찰28례，대조조완성27례。치료8주후，치료조PASI평분위(4.23±2.96)분，저우대조조(7.45±3.05)분，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；시험조유효25례，유효솔위89.28%，고우대조조(66.67%)，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。량조미견명현불량반응。결론백작총감연합아유A、NB-UVB치료중、중도심상성은설병환자료효호、안전성고，시일충치료심상성은설병교호적방법。
Objective To observe the efifcacy and safety of total glucosides of paeon capsule combined with acitretin and narrow band ultraviolet B(NB-UVB) irradiation for the treatment of moderate to severe psoriasis vulgaris. Methods Sixty cases of moderate to severe psoriasis vulgaris were equally randomized into two groups and treated for 8 weeks. The treatment group was treated with total glucosides of paeon 600 mg, 3 times a day orally, combined with acitretin 0.5 mg/(kg.d) and NB-UVB irradiation(every other day), the control group was treated with acitretin 0.5 mg/(kg.d) and NB-UVB irradiation(every other day). The adverse reaction and the efifcacy of treatment was evaluated by psoriasis area and severity index(PASI) scores. Results 28 cases of treatment group and 27 cases of control group completed treatment. The PASI scores in the treatment group(4.23±2.96) were signiifcantly lower than that of control group(7.45±3.05) (P<0.05 ). The efifcacy rates in the treatment group(89.28%) were signiifcantly higher than that of control group(66.67%) (P<0.05). No serious adverse reaction occurred in both two groups. Conclusion Glucosides of paeon capsule combined with acitretin and NB-UVB irradiation showed good efifcacy and safety for moderate to severe psoriasis vulgaris patients, it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
