中小学的道德文化教育对于人才培养有着特殊的意义，但是当前中小学还面临道德文化教育缺失、舆论引导不力、教育环境不理想、闲暇教育不到位、受功利主义影响等等问题所造成的困境，可以通过采取坚持明确的发展目标、用核心价值观引领、创新教育方式方法、营造积极教育氛围等等策略应对。

Moral culture education in primary and secondary schools is of special significance to talent cultiva-tion.However, currently primary and secondary education also faces the dilemmas of moral culture deficiency , in-effective public opinion guidance , undesirable educational environment , lacking in leisure education , and affect of utilitarianism .We can solve the problems by taking clear development goals , being led by core values , innovating education methods , creating a positive educational environment , and so on .
