HLA-B27是MHCⅠ类分子，因而具有MHCⅠ类分子的相关生物学特性。在正常免疫状态下，HLA-B27分子执行对内源性抗原如肿瘤及病毒的免疫监视及杀伤功能；但在机体免疫状态出现异常的情况下，它又可能成为引发自身免疫性疾病的主要相关因素，其中最为著名的是其与强制性脊柱炎（AS）的关联研究。我们首先概述了HLA-B27分子正常免疫学功能的研究进展，然后对其在AS相关性研究中的进展进行了总结和分析。通过对上述两方面的综述与分析，全方位展示HLA-B27在执行免疫学功能和引发免疫病理性改变方面的作用，为全面认识和深入研究HLA-B27分子的生理与病理学作用提供坚实的基础。

HLA-B27 molecules are belonged to MHCⅠ, and thus have the classical MHCⅠ molecule biologi-cal characteristics. Under normal immune status, HLA-B27 performs immune surveillance and killing function for endogenous antigen, such as tumors and virus. However, in the case of abnormal immune status, it also may trig-ger autoimmune diseases, especially ankylosing spondilitis(AS). Therefore, we will overview the progress of the nor-mal immunological function of HLA-B27 molecules, and then summary and analysis their progress in association with AS. Through the overview and analysis of the above two aspects of HLA-B27, we will extensively display its immunological function and its trigger roles in immune pathological changing, and provide a solid foundation for in-depth understanding the physiological and pathological functions of HLA-B27 molecules.
