毒素战剂是重要的生物战剂之一,其最大的威胁来自它的高毒性和缺乏有效的防治手段。在毒素战剂中,肉毒毒素、志贺毒素、蓖麻毒素、相思子毒素等属于致死性生物战剂,葡萄球菌肠毒素B属于失能性生物战剂。生防疫苗作为毒素战剂的一种重要的有效预防手段,一直备受关注,但目前绝大部分毒素战剂的疫苗都还在研制中,随着分子生物学技术的快速发展,几种重要毒素战剂的重组疫苗研究已获得重要突破。我们重点介绍肉毒毒素、志贺毒素、蓖麻毒素、相思子毒素、葡萄球菌肠毒素B等毒素战剂生防疫苗的研究与发展。
毒素戰劑是重要的生物戰劑之一,其最大的威脅來自它的高毒性和缺乏有效的防治手段。在毒素戰劑中,肉毒毒素、誌賀毒素、蓖痳毒素、相思子毒素等屬于緻死性生物戰劑,葡萄毬菌腸毒素B屬于失能性生物戰劑。生防疫苗作為毒素戰劑的一種重要的有效預防手段,一直備受關註,但目前絕大部分毒素戰劑的疫苗都還在研製中,隨著分子生物學技術的快速髮展,幾種重要毒素戰劑的重組疫苗研究已穫得重要突破。我們重點介紹肉毒毒素、誌賀毒素、蓖痳毒素、相思子毒素、葡萄毬菌腸毒素B等毒素戰劑生防疫苗的研究與髮展。

Toxin warfare agents are one of the important biological warfare agents, the biggest threat comes from their high toxicity and lack of effective means of prevention and treatment. The toxin warfare agents, for ex-ample, botulinum toxin, Shiga toxin, ricin and abrin, are lethal biological warfare agents, staphylococcal enterotoxin B belongs to incapacitating biological warfare agents. Biodefense vaccines as an important means of prevention of toxin warfare agents, have always been concerned, but most of them are under development, few have been privi-leged to use in clinic. In the early time, toxoid vaccines are difficult to use in humans because of their security problems. With the development of molecular biology techniques, the genetically engineered vaccine research has become more mature, in addition, DNA vaccine which is also a new direction has been studied in recent years. This article summarized botulinum toxin, Shiga toxin, ricin, abrin, staphylococcal enterotoxin B, 5 kinds of the im-portant toxin warfare agents' biodefense vaccine research and development.
