目的：对猪源胰酶样品进行病毒检测，以评价其病毒安全性。方法：非特异性病毒检测采用致细胞病变、血凝吸附试验和形态学检测方法；特异性病毒检测包括猪繁殖与呼吸障碍综合征病毒（PRRSV）、猪瘟病毒（CSFV）、猪圆环病毒（PCV）、猪细小病毒（PPV）、猪口蹄疫病毒（FMDV）和猪伪狂犬病病毒（PRV）特异性核酸检测，以及CSFV、PPV、PRV特定性抗原蛋白直接免疫荧光检测。结果：受检样品非特异性病毒检测中，未见可观察到的细胞病变产生和病毒粒子，对豚鼠、鸡和人的O型红细胞无凝集现象。特异性病毒检测中，PRRSV、CSFV、PCV、PPV、FMDV和PRV核酸检测均为阴性，CSFV、PPV、PRV免疫荧光检测均为阴性。结论：猪源胰酶样品经非特异性病毒检测和特异性病毒检测均无可检出的病毒存在。
목적：대저원이매양품진행병독검측，이평개기병독안전성。방법：비특이성병독검측채용치세포병변、혈응흡부시험화형태학검측방법；특이성병독검측포괄저번식여호흡장애종합정병독（PRRSV）、저온병독（CSFV）、저원배병독（PCV）、저세소병독（PPV）、저구제역병독（FMDV）화저위광견병병독（PRV）특이성핵산검측，이급CSFV、PPV、PRV특정성항원단백직접면역형광검측。결과：수검양품비특이성병독검측중，미견가관찰도적세포병변산생화병독입자，대돈서、계화인적O형홍세포무응집현상。특이성병독검측중，PRRSV、CSFV、PCV、PPV、FMDV화PRV핵산검측균위음성，CSFV、PPV、PRV면역형광검측균위음성。결론：저원이매양품경비특이성병독검측화특이성병독검측균무가검출적병독존재。
Objective: To detect and evaluate the viral safety of pancrestin samples. Methods: The non-specific viruses were detected through cytopathic effects(CPE), morphology observing methods and hemagglutination test. The main porcine hazardous viruses including porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV), classical swine fever virus(CSFV), porcine circovirus(PCV), porcine parvovirus(PPV), foot-and-mouth disease virus (FMDV), and pseudorabies virus(PRV) were diagnosed in the pancreatin prepared from swine. Above specific viruses were detected through PCR, and viral proteins of PRRSV, CSFV, PPV and PRV were analysed through immunofluorescent antibody test. Results: The results of the above detection including non-specific viral detection and specific viral detection were negative. Conclusion: There no virus was detected for all of the pancreatin samples through these assays.
