    This paper discusses the moisture analysis of high purity ammonia. The mixture of hydrogen and nitrogen is produced from high purity ammonia by catalytic decomposition. The trace moisture in high purity ammonia can be obtained through the moisture analysis of mixture and the determination of trace oxygen in high purity ammonia by means of helium discharge chromatography.
