低碳经济正逐步成为后危机时代的发展核心，以低碳经济为代表的新经济发展模式必将取代高能耗的发展模式，广东作为我国贸易大省之一，更应抓住机遇，积极转型发展。文章结合广东出口贸易的现状、特点，分析低碳经济对广东出口贸易的影响，并提出相关的应对策略。

Low-carbon economy is gradually becoming the core development during the post-financial crisis era. The high-energy consuming development mode will surely be replaced by the low-carbon economy. Guangdong, as one of the largest trade provinces in China, should grasp the opportunity to seek transformed development. Therefore, the influ-ence of low-carbon economy development mode is analyzed and the countermeasures are proposed based on the status and characteristics of Guangdong export trade.
