以茶碱为印迹分子,甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,N-异丙基丙烯酰胺为温度敏感性单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,制备了具有温敏特性的分子印迹水凝胶。该印迹凝胶不仅对外界温度变化具有特定的体积相变行为,而且在印迹分子溶液中表现出特异吸附选择性,其孔穴可以通过改变自身形状来适应模板分子结构大小而诱导体积变化,而空白聚合物不具有此种特性。

The temperature molecularly imprinted hydrogel was prepared by thermal polymerization using theophylline as the template, N-isopropyl acrylamide (NIPA) as the temperature-sensitive monomer, methacrylic acid (MAA) as the functional monomer, and Azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as the initiator respectively. The molecular imprinted hydrogel showed visible volume phase transition behavior not only toward external temperature but also imprinting molecule by specific adsorption. The results indicate that the imprinted hydrogel can change its cavity shape to accommodate the conformation of the template molecular leading to the change of volume. However, the non-imprinted hydrogel does not have such properties.
