随着工业化的发展，大量绿地被占用，钢筋混凝土建筑组成的城市森林充斥我们周围。这些现象或多或少为我们的心理与生理带来了一定的困扰。屋顶花园的建设既可以有效地拓展绿色空间，促进城市生态平衡、优化居住环境、提升建筑价值，又可以陶冶情操，满足人们亲近自然、回归自然的需要。从以人为本的设计原则、以“环境为源”的设计理念、科学性与艺术性相结合的设计原则，可为我国屋顶花园的建设和发展提供参考依据。

Along with the pace of industrialization, a lot of green open space has been occupied by concretes and bricks, which has caused some problems to us both psychologically and physically. The construction of roof gardens can expand the green open space, contribute to the eco-balance in cities and optimize living surroundings. Meanwhile, they can add to the value of buildings, cultivate our temperament, and cater to the demands of people. This paper discusses the principles of designing based on human-oriented theory and the combination of science of arts. Meanwhile, it also covers the practical application of various elements of design, so as to provide references for the establishment and devel-opment of roof gardens in China.
