中国电视动画片目前很难受到国内观众欢迎，在国际上也缺乏竞争力与影响力，主要是由于我国动画行业从业者思想较为保守，对受众定位不清，动画片剧情单一，人物形象设计幼稚，制作粗糙。本文引入地质学名词“断层”来指代我国动画片现存的这些现象，并从分析现象本身入手，探讨这些现象存在的原因及解决办法，并提出将来的发展方向。

Nowadays, it is difficult for Chinese animations to be popular among audience. Meanwhile, they are deficient in international competition and lack of impact.This phenomenon is attributed mainly to the old concept of Chinese animation producers,and they can not position their audience accurately and do not know what their audience really need. Another reason is that almost every Chinese animations have very simple stories ,naive characters, and poorly produced. This composition use the geological word “fault”to refer to this phenomenon, and analyze it. Furthermore, it discusses the reasonable causes and proposes solutions, and then looks forward to a further development.
