针对某型轿车,在Adams/Car中建立整车仿真模型,并进行平顺性仿真,对整车底盘垂直方向的加速度和功率谱进行了分析。通过Adams/Insight进行整车的优化设计,对整车的前后悬架的参数进行了优化分析,使得整车平顺性得到提高,从而验证了该方法在汽车行驶平顺性优化中的可行性。
針對某型轎車,在Adams/Car中建立整車倣真模型,併進行平順性倣真,對整車底盤垂直方嚮的加速度和功率譜進行瞭分析。通過Adams/Insight進行整車的優化設計,對整車的前後懸架的參數進行瞭優化分析,使得整車平順性得到提高,從而驗證瞭該方法在汽車行駛平順性優化中的可行性。

A simulation vehicle model established in Adams/Car for a certain type of car was simulated in light of riding comfort analysis. Then, the acceleration and power spectrum of vehicle chassis vertical direction were also analyzed. An optimization design of vehicle was done based on Adams/Insight. The ride comfort of vehicle is improved by optimizing vehicle suspension parameters, which thereby turn out the feasibility of this method in optimization of the ride comfort.
