针对某塑料制品厂生产需要,完成对其塑料瓶坯专用设备的设计研制过程。设备通过触摸屏与PLC控制相关机构,实现瓶坯的整理、计数、检验、装箱等一系列功能,具有生产效率高、检验精度高及数量实时显示等特点,实现了生产过程的自动化与智能化控制。
針對某塑料製品廠生產需要,完成對其塑料瓶坯專用設備的設計研製過程。設備通過觸摸屏與PLC控製相關機構,實現瓶坯的整理、計數、檢驗、裝箱等一繫列功能,具有生產效率高、檢驗精度高及數量實時顯示等特點,實現瞭生產過程的自動化與智能化控製。
침대모소료제품엄생산수요,완성대기소료병배전용설비적설계연제과정。설비통과촉모병여PLC공제상관궤구,실현병배적정리、계수、검험、장상등일계렬공능,구유생산효솔고、검험정도고급수량실시현시등특점,실현료생산과정적자동화여지능화공제。
The process for a special equipment was completed, which is developed and designed according to the requirement of a plastic product factory for its’ plastic bottles. With the help of touch panel and programmable logic controller, this equipment can control its organizations, realize a series of functions such as sorting, counting, inspection and packing. The equipment has features of high production efficiency, high test precision and quantity real-time display, and also implements the automatic production and intelligence control.
