介绍KSJM6130数控车床主轴箱体实物拆装、三维仿真拆装的过程和实现原理。实现方法上采用先实物、后造型再仿真。即首先仔细分析主轴箱内部零部件结构、研究装配机理并实际验证,最终确定出主轴箱体的最佳装配拆卸工艺。结合Solidworks建模、动态仿真、图形渲染等功能模块的功能和技术,开发出逼真的数控车床虚拟拆装和结构认识实验教学平台,为最终实现机械、电气软硬件一体化仿真实验平台的研制打下坚实基础。
介紹KSJM6130數控車床主軸箱體實物拆裝、三維倣真拆裝的過程和實現原理。實現方法上採用先實物、後造型再倣真。即首先仔細分析主軸箱內部零部件結構、研究裝配機理併實際驗證,最終確定齣主軸箱體的最佳裝配拆卸工藝。結閤Solidworks建模、動態倣真、圖形渲染等功能模塊的功能和技術,開髮齣逼真的數控車床虛擬拆裝和結構認識實驗教學平檯,為最終實現機械、電氣軟硬件一體化倣真實驗平檯的研製打下堅實基礎。

KSJM6130 CNC lathe spindle box in kind disassembly, three-dimensional simulation of the process and principles on disassembly was described. Implementation method was used as the following:First it was the Physical objects, and then was to be modeled and to be simulated. That is, first the structure of the headstock internal components and the actual verification of assembly mechanism were carefully analyzed, and ultimately the optimum spindle housing assembly/disassembly process was determined. Combined with Solidworks modeling, dynamic simulation, graphics rendering and other functional modules of functionality and technology, the realistic virtual disassembly CNC lathes and structural understanding of experimental teaching platform are all developed for the eventual realization of mechanical, electrical, hardware and software integration platform for the development of simulation, which thus lay a solid foundation.
