针对变压器励磁涌流产生的危害,提出了一种变压器软起动的控制方法,通过调整晶闸管触发角的大小来改变变压器的输入端电压,从而降低空载合闸过程中变压器铁心的饱和程度达到减小励磁涌流的目的,使变压器平稳起动。利用 MATLAB 软件建立了变压器软起动控制系统的通用仿真模型,仿真结果验证了所提控制方法的正确性。在此基础上研制了变压器软起动装置并进行了样机实验,实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。
針對變壓器勵磁湧流產生的危害,提齣瞭一種變壓器軟起動的控製方法,通過調整晶閘管觸髮角的大小來改變變壓器的輸入耑電壓,從而降低空載閤閘過程中變壓器鐵心的飽和程度達到減小勵磁湧流的目的,使變壓器平穩起動。利用 MATLAB 軟件建立瞭變壓器軟起動控製繫統的通用倣真模型,倣真結果驗證瞭所提控製方法的正確性。在此基礎上研製瞭變壓器軟起動裝置併進行瞭樣機實驗,實驗結果驗證瞭理論分析的正確性。

According to the harm caused by magnetizing inrush current, a soft starting method for transformer was proposed. By regulating thyristor trigger angle to change the input voltage of transformer, the saturation of the iron core as well as the magnetizing inrush current was decreased, thus, transformer can start smoothly. A common simulation model of soft starting transformer was established by using MATLAB software. The simulation results show the correctness of the method. Furthermore, a prototype of soft starter for transformer is realized and some experiments are carried out. The experiment results validate the correctness of the theoretical analyses.
