处于竞争日益激烈的市场环境中，企业经济绩效的好坏直接影响到企业的生存与发展。建筑业作为国民经济的支柱性产业，研究建筑业企业多元化经营对其经济绩效的影响具有重要意义。以2010年以前在上海和深圳两地上市的建筑业企业为样本，对中国建筑业企业多元化经营与其经济绩效的关系进行了实证研究，利用Stata软件对数据进行回归分析，发现企业的多元化经营与总资产收益率（ROA）指标呈正相关，并受企业资产规模、上市时间等因素的影响，该研究为建筑业企业多元化经营与经济绩效关系的研究提供了新的视角，并根据分析结果提出了相应的建议。

In an increasingly competitive market environment,economic performance of enterprises directly influences survival and development of an enterprise. The relationship between diversification and economic performance is becoming more than a concern to researchers. As a pillar industry of national economy,it is significant to study the relationship between diversification and economic performance of construction enterprise. Thus,this paper illustrates an empirical research on the relationship between diversification and economic performance,taking some construction enterprises listed in Shanghai and Shenzhen before 2010 as samples. According to the results of regression analysis by using Stata software,diversification and total assets earnings ratio(ROA) index is positive related,and is influenced by the scale of enterprise assets,the listed time and other factors. This study enriches the research perspective in the relationship between construction enterprise diversification and economic performance,and puts forward some corresponding suggestions according to the results of the analysis.
