随着MBA院校数量的增加和招生规模的扩大，对于MBA如何提升教育质量，增强学生软实力，突出各院校的差异化竞争优势等问题，成为社会、MBA院校和考生关注的热点。本文依据需求-供给理论，构建MBA教育质量内涵提升指标体系，采用专家打分法确定指标间影响程度，运用改进的DEMA-TEL对影响MBA教育质量内涵的相关指标进行影响因素分析，依据确定出的MBA教育质量内涵提升的影响度、被影响度、原因度、中心度因素，找出影响MBA教育内涵提升的关键因素并提出相应建议。

With the increasing number and enrollment expansion of MBA colleges and institutions,the issue on how to improve the education quality connotation of MBA education and enhance differentiated competitive ad-vantage of various institutions has become a social concern.This article,based on demand-and-supply theory, is building index system of improving the quality connotation of MBA education,applying expert scoring method to determine the influence degree among indicators,and applying improved DEMATEL method to analyze related in-dicators that affect the quality connotation of MBA education,based on the fixed MBA education active influence degree,passive influence degree,cause degree,center degree factors of quality connotation,thus finding out the key factors on how to improve the MBA education connotation and coming up with related suggestions.
