根据国家电网颁布的最新配电网规划导则,建立均匀分布和条状分布两种分布模型,考虑基于 N-1安全校验的不同接线方式下的线路选型,并在此基础上形成一套基于等年值和故障模式后果分析法(FMEA)的市区高压配电网技术经济比较方法,通过对市区110kV高压配电网典型接线方式进行分析计算,得出典型接线方式的技术经济特点,并给出不同情况下的推荐接线方案,不仅为现代市区高压配电网技术经济比较提供了完整可靠的方法,还为城市高压配电网规划工作提供了参考。
根據國傢電網頒佈的最新配電網規劃導則,建立均勻分佈和條狀分佈兩種分佈模型,攷慮基于 N-1安全校驗的不同接線方式下的線路選型,併在此基礎上形成一套基于等年值和故障模式後果分析法(FMEA)的市區高壓配電網技術經濟比較方法,通過對市區110kV高壓配電網典型接線方式進行分析計算,得齣典型接線方式的技術經濟特點,併給齣不同情況下的推薦接線方案,不僅為現代市區高壓配電網技術經濟比較提供瞭完整可靠的方法,還為城市高壓配電網規劃工作提供瞭參攷。

Urban 110kV high voltage distribution network is an important part of the city distribution net-work.Sometimes the urban distribution network connection mode and layout is unreasonable.According to the latest distribution network planning guide issued by the state grid,uniform and strip distribution mod-els were established.Considering line selection of different connection modes based on N-1 safety verifica-tion,a set of urban high voltage distribution network technical and economic comparative method based on uniform annual value method and failure modes and effects analysis(FMEA)was formed.Through the a-nalysis and calculation of urban 110kV high voltage distribution network typical connection mode,the technical and economic characteristics of the typical connection mode were concluded,and the recommen-ded connection schemes under different conditions are given.The complete and reliable method for modern urban high voltage distribution network technical and economic comparison also provides reference for the urban high voltage distribution network planning.
