根据我国颁布的风电并网标准，将电压跌落深度区域划分为三个，讨论了在不同区域内 DFIG实现低电压穿越的方法，并且在 Matlab/simulink 环境下进行了仿真验证。仿真结果表明：装设有撬棒和 chopper 保护的DFIG在实现低电压穿越问题上相比于只有主动式撬棒保护的 DFIG 更有优势，并且可以保护双馈风电机组在电压跌落深度在80％以内的情况下不被切机。因此，含有撬棒和 chopper保护的 DFIG在较多情况下已经具备低电压穿越能力。

According to China′s wind power integration standards,the paper divides the sag depth of the area into three different voltage areas,and discusses different DFIG LVRT method in each area,and simu-lates it in Matlab/simulink environment to verify the conclusion.Simulation results show that:DFIG e-quipped with crowbar and chopper protection has advantage of DFIG only with active crowbar protection on achieving low voltage ride through,and can protect the doubly fed wind turbine not be cut under cir-cumstances of below 80% voltage drop depth.Therefore,DFIG contains crowbar and chopper protection in most cases already have low voltage ride-through capability.
