目的调查青光眼患者局部使用降眼压药物的用药规范性及依从性,发现青光眼治疗存在的问题,寻找防止青光眼进展的途径。方法对2010年~2012年于我院门诊就诊89例确诊为青光眼的患者分别于确诊后1月、3月、6月进行调查,了解局部降眼压药物使用依从性及规范情况。结果确诊1月后,坚持用药者占74.16%，用药规范率为62.92%。3月后，坚持用药者占67.42.%，用药规范率为51.69%，6月后坚持用药者占48.31%，用药规范率为46.07%。结论青光眼患者局部用药依从性差、不规范,定期进行用药指导和提供方便可行的健康教育及干预措施很有必要。

목적조사청광안환자국부사용강안압약물적용약규범성급의종성,발현청광안치료존재적문제,심조방지청광안진전적도경。방법대2010년~2012년우아원문진취진89례학진위청광안적환자분별우학진후1월、3월、6월진행조사,료해국부강안압약물사용의종성급규범정황。결과학진1월후,견지용약자점74.16%，용약규범솔위62.92%。3월후，견지용약자점67.42.%，용약규범솔위51.69%，6월후견지용약자점48.31%，용약규범솔위46.07%。결론청광안환자국부용약의종성차、불규범,정기진행용약지도화제공방편가행적건강교육급간예조시흔유필요。
Objective Investigate the use of topical ocular hypotensive medication compliance and regulatory conditions of glaucoma outpatients, to find the problems in the treatment of glaucoma and the ways to prevent the progression of glaucoma.Methods Respectively investigate 89 cases of glaucoma outpatients in The first people's hospital of longuanyi from 2010 to 2012, to understand the use of topical ocular hypotensive medication compliance and regulatory conditions after diagnosis 1month, 3 months,and 6 months . Results 1 month after diagnosis,adherence medication accounted for 74.16%,62.92%rate of medication specifications.After 3 months,adherence to medication accounted for67.42%,51.69%rate of medication specifications. after 6 months, adherence to medication accounted for48.31%, 46.07% rate of medication specifications.Conclusion The method the glaucoma patients use topical ocular hypotensive medication is irregular and the compliance is poor.So,medication guide and facilitate viable health education and interventions are necessary.
