目的探讨治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血(简称青春期功血)的止血方法。方法通过对42例青春期功血的患者采用雌孕激素复合剂妈富隆的治疗分析，避免了应用大量雌激素带来的副作用。结果阴道大出血合并贫血组18例，用药3~5d全部止血，治疗1个疗程，停药观察3个月，月经规律15例。阴道不规则淋漓出血组24例，治疗：1个疗程，停药观察3个月，月经规律20例。结论妈富隆治疗青春期功血，效果显著，方法简便，副作用轻。
목적탐토치료청춘기공능실조성자궁출혈(간칭청춘기공혈)적지혈방법。방법통과대42례청춘기공혈적환자채용자잉격소복합제마부륭적치료분석，피면료응용대량자격소대래적부작용。결과음도대출혈합병빈혈조18례，용약3~5d전부지혈，치료1개료정，정약관찰3개월，월경규률15례。음도불규칙림리출혈조24례，치료：1개료정，정약관찰3개월，월경규률20례。결론마부륭치료청춘기공혈，효과현저，방법간편，부작용경。
Objective To investigate the treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding (referred to as the adolescent Dub) hemostatic method. Methods The 42 cases of adolescent functional bleeding therapy for patients with estrogen and progesterone compound Mawelon analysis, to avoid the side ef ects caused by application of a large amount of estrogen. Results The vaginal hemorrhage complicated with anemia group of 18 cases, 3~5 days al hemostatic drugs, 1 courses of treatment, stop drug 3 months of observation, 15 cases of menstrual regularity. Irregular vaginal bleeding profusely group 24 cases, the treatment:1 courses, stops the medicine and observed for 3 months, 20 cases of menstrual regularity. Conclusion Marvelon treatment of adolescent functional bleeding, obvious effect, simple method,Side effects of light.
