三阴乳腺癌预后差、复发及转移率高、生存率低，是乳腺癌研究和关注的焦点，因其对常规的治疗疗效欠佳，各家报道不一，存在较大争议，故需要临床肿瘤医生加以关注和研究，新的治疗方案有待提出及评价疗效，以便获得更好的预后。因此笔者综合探讨目前三阴乳腺癌临床特点及评价治疗的现况，浅谈笔者对三阴乳腺癌辅助化疗的原则和新理念。
三陰乳腺癌預後差、複髮及轉移率高、生存率低，是乳腺癌研究和關註的焦點，因其對常規的治療療效欠佳，各傢報道不一，存在較大爭議，故需要臨床腫瘤醫生加以關註和研究，新的治療方案有待提齣及評價療效，以便穫得更好的預後。因此筆者綜閤探討目前三陰乳腺癌臨床特點及評價治療的現況，淺談筆者對三陰乳腺癌輔助化療的原則和新理唸。

Triple negative breast cancer with poor prognosis,high recurrence and metastasis rate,survival rate is low,is breast cancer research and the focus of at ention, because of its poor treatment efficacy of conventional,various reports dif er,there is a big controversy,so the need of clinical oncology doctors attention and research,new treatments to be proposed and the evaluation of curative ef ect,in order to get better prognosis.Therefore the author comprehensively discusses the triple negative breast cancer clinical characteristics and evaluation of the current situation of treatment,the principle of introduction to the author for triple negative breast cancer adjuvant chemotherapy and new ideas.
