[目的]探究血清胱抑素C（Cys C）在评价2型糖尿病（T2DM ）患者肾功能中的应用价值。[方法]选取T2DM患者95例，依据尿蛋白分为无蛋白尿组（A组）40例，微量白蛋白尿组（B组）34例，临床蛋白尿组（C组）21例，使用免疫比浊法测定患者的空腹血肌酐（SCr）与血清Cys C水平并计算肌酐清除率（CCr）。[结果]B、C组患者血清SCr 、Cys C水平均高于A组，CCr水平低于A组（ P ＜0．05），CCr随蛋白尿程度加重而下降。B、C组患者血清SCr、Cys C水平与CCr呈负相关（ P ＜0．01），且B组患者中，Cys C与CCr的相关性更强（ P ＜0．01）。[结论]血清Cys C可以作为评价糖尿病肾病患者肾功能的指标，尤其适用于早期糖尿病肾病患者。
[목적]탐구혈청광억소C（Cys C）재평개2형당뇨병（T2DM ）환자신공능중적응용개치。[방법]선취T2DM환자95례，의거뇨단백분위무단백뇨조（A조）40례，미량백단백뇨조（B조）34례，림상단백뇨조（C조）21례，사용면역비탁법측정환자적공복혈기항（SCr）여혈청Cys C수평병계산기항청제솔（CCr）。[결과]B、C조환자혈청SCr 、Cys C수평균고우A조，CCr수평저우A조（ P ＜0．05），CCr수단백뇨정도가중이하강。B、C조환자혈청SCr、Cys C수평여CCr정부상관（ P ＜0．01），차B조환자중，Cys C여CCr적상관성경강（ P ＜0．01）。[결론]혈청Cys C가이작위평개당뇨병신병환자신공능적지표，우기괄용우조기당뇨병신병환자。
[Objective]To explore the value of cystatin C (Cys C) for assessing renal function of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM ) .[Methods] According to urinary protein ,95 T2DM patients were di-vided into non-proteinuria group(group A ,n = 40) ,microalbuminuria group(group B ,n = 34) and clinical proteinuria group(group C ,n =21) .Immune turbidimetry was used to measure the fasting serum creatinine (SCr) and serum Cys C .Creatinine clearance(CCr) was calculated .[Results]Serum SCr and Cys C of group B and group C were higher than those in group A ,while CCr in group B and group C was lower than that in group A( P<0 .05) .CCr decreased with the severity of proteinuria .In group B and group C ,serum SCr and Cys C were negatively correlated with CCr ( P<0 .01) .Especially in group B ,the correlation between Cys C and CCr was stronger( P <0 .01) .[Conclusion]Serum Cys C can be used as indicators of the evaluation of re-nal function in patients with diabetic nephropathy ,especially for patients with early diabetic nephropathy .
