[目的]探讨Src蛋白在膀胱移行细胞癌（BTCC）组织中的表达及其意义。[方法]采取 HE染色和半定量RT-PCR检测c-Src基因在BTCC、癌旁组织及正常膀胱组织中的表达。[结果]BTCC（分浅表性膀胱癌和肌层浸润性膀胱癌两组）组织中c-Src基因在mRNA表达水平上明显增高，而在癌旁组织及正常膀胱组织中表达较低。c-Src mRNA的表达水平与BTCC患者肿瘤临床分期、病理分级，以及肿瘤有无复发具有相关性；其表达的强度与膀胱肿瘤的分化和分期密切相关，分化越低、临床分期越晚以及复发患者，其过表达越明显。[结论]c-Src的过表达或高表达与BTCC的侵袭、复发和转移密切相关。
[목적]탐토Src단백재방광이행세포암（BTCC）조직중적표체급기의의。[방법]채취 HE염색화반정량RT-PCR검측c-Src기인재BTCC、암방조직급정상방광조직중적표체。[결과]BTCC（분천표성방광암화기층침윤성방광암량조）조직중c-Src기인재mRNA표체수평상명현증고，이재암방조직급정상방광조직중표체교저。c-Src mRNA적표체수평여BTCC환자종류림상분기、병리분급，이급종류유무복발구유상관성；기표체적강도여방광종류적분화화분기밀절상관，분화월저、림상분기월만이급복발환자，기과표체월명현。[결론]c-Src적과표체혹고표체여BTCC적침습、복발화전이밀절상관。
[Objective] To explore the expression of Src protein in bladder transitional cell carcinoma (BTCC) and its clinical significance .[Methods] The expression of c-Src gene in BTCC ,adjacent cancer tissue and normal bladder tissue was detected by HE staining and semi-quantitative RT-PCR .[Results] The expres-sion of c-Src mRNA in BTCC tissue (superficial BTCC and muscular infiltrated BTCC ) obviously increased , while that in adjacent cancer tissue and normal bladder tissue decreased .The expression of c-Src mRNA was correlated with tumor clinical stage ,pathological grade and tumor recurrence of BTCC patients .The intensity of c-Src expression was closely related to tumor differentiation and stage .The patients with low differentia-tion ,late clinical stage and recurrence had obvious over-expression of c-Src .[Conclusion] Over-expression or high expression of c-Src is closely related to invasion ,recurrence and metastasis of BTCC .
