[目的]了解脑性瘫痪（简称脑瘫）儿童的眼部异常情况。[方法]对60例脑瘫患儿进行眼科检查，对患儿视力、矫正视力、屈光状态、眼底、眼位等情况进行观察并分析。[结果]60例（120只眼）患儿中，屈光不正112只眼（93．33％），共有23例患儿有不同程度的斜视（38．33％），眼底异常13只眼（10．83％），白内障3只眼（2．5％）。屈光不正、弱视是脑瘫患儿最常见的眼部异常类型。[结论]脑瘫患儿应常规进行眼部筛查，尤其是伴有高危因素的脑瘫患儿，应做到早期检查，早期干预。
[목적]료해뇌성탄탄（간칭뇌탄）인동적안부이상정황。[방법]대60례뇌탄환인진행안과검사，대환인시력、교정시력、굴광상태、안저、안위등정황진행관찰병분석。[결과]60례（120지안）환인중，굴광불정112지안（93．33％），공유23례환인유불동정도적사시（38．33％），안저이상13지안（10．83％），백내장3지안（2．5％）。굴광불정、약시시뇌탄환인최상견적안부이상류형。[결론]뇌탄환인응상규진행안부사사，우기시반유고위인소적뇌탄환인，응주도조기검사，조기간예。
[Objective] To understand eye abnormalities of children with cerebral palsy (CP) .[Methods]Totally 60 children with CP underwent eye examination .The vision ,corrected vision ,refractive state of the eyes and eye position of children were observed and analyzed .[Results]Among 60 cases(120 eyes) of CP ,112 eyes(93 .33% ) were refractive errors ,and 23 cases(38 .33% ) were different degrees of strabismus ,and 13 eyes(10 .83% ) were fundus oculi abnormality ,and 3 eyes(2 .5% ) were cataract .Refractive errors and ambly-opia were the most common types of eye abnormalities in children with CP .[Conclusion] Eye screening should be routinely performed in children with CP .Especially for CP children with high risk factors ,early detection and intervention should be taken .
