Bone Density%EPIMEDIUM BREVICORNUM%Ovary%Estradiol%Rats
[目的]研究淫羊藿提取物对去卵巢大鼠骨密度、血清雌二醇的影响。[方法]取84只雌性大鼠随机分成假手术组(A组)、去卵巢骨质疏松模型组(B组)、己烯雌酚组(C组)、骨疏康组(D组)、淫羊藿提取物高剂量组(E组)、中剂量组(F组)、低剂量组(G组)7组,每组12只。造模成功后,饲养90 d ,开始灌胃90 d后,检测离体骨骨密度、血清雌二醇。[结果]B组大鼠离体骨骨密度、血清雌二醇水平均明显低于其他6组(P <0.05);A组、B组、C组、D组、E组、F组、G组之间比较无明显统计学差异(P >0.05)。[结论]淫羊藿提取物可提高去卵巢大鼠离体骨骨密度和血清雌二醇水平,对实验大鼠去卵巢所致骨质疏松症有明显的治疗作用。

[목적]연구음양곽제취물대거란소대서골밀도、혈청자이순적영향。[방법]취84지자성대서수궤분성가수술조(A조)、거란소골질소송모형조(B조)、기희자분조(C조)、골소강조(D조)、음양곽제취물고제량조(E조)、중제량조(F조)、저제량조(G조)7조,매조12지。조모성공후,사양90 d ,개시관위90 d후,검측리체골골밀도、혈청자이순。[결과]B조대서리체골골밀도、혈청자이순수평균명현저우기타6조(P <0.05);A조、B조、C조、D조、E조、F조、G조지간비교무명현통계학차이(P >0.05)。[결론]음양곽제취물가제고거란소대서리체골골밀도화혈청자이순수평,대실험대서거란소소치골질소송증유명현적치료작용。
[Objective] To study the effect of epimedium extract on bone mineral density and serum estra-diol in ovariectomized rats .[Methods]A total of 84 female rats were chosen and randomly divided into sham operations group (group A ) , ovariectomized osteoporosis model group (group B ) , diethylstilbestrol group (group C) ,gushukang group(group D) ,high dose of epimedium extract group(group E) ,middle dose of epi-medium extract group(group F) and low dose of epimedium extract group (group G) with 12 rats in each group .After successful model establishment ,bone mineral density and serum estradiol of bone in vitro at 90d after feed and lavage .[Results]Bone mineral density and serum estradiol in rat bone of group B were obviously lower than those in other 6 groups( P < 0 .05) .There was no significant difference among 7 groups( P >0 .05) .[Conclusion] Epimedium extract can increase bone mineral density and serum estradiol in bone of ovariectomized rats in vitro ,and has obvious efficacy for the treatment of osteoporosis caused by ovariectomy in rats .
