[目的]通过制作脊髓型减压病大鼠模型,观察成年大鼠脊髓受损后不同时期血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)含量的变化。[方法]健康雄性SD大鼠24只,鼠龄120~250 d ,体质量200~250 g ,24 h昼夜循环光照,自由饮水、取食,室温(24±2)℃。所有动物术前均经 Y 型电迷宫测试,然后随机分为三组,每组各8只。第一组:正常对照组;第二组:安全减压组;第三组:减压病组。各组分别于出舱后1d、1周、2周、4周和8周进行血清VEGF含量检测。[结果]正常对照组,安全减压组显示出舱后1 d血清VEGF含量较少,减压病组血清VEGF含量较多,与正常对照组,安全减压组相比差异有显著性( P <0.05),减压病组血清V EG F含量1周后下调,1周、2周减压病组与正常对照组,安全减压组相比差异亦有显著性( P <0.05),4周、8周时各组比较差异均无显著性( P >0.05)。[结论]脊髓型减压病脊髓损伤可上调血清VEGF含量,从而对脊髓损伤起到指导治疗作用。

[목적]통과제작척수형감압병대서모형,관찰성년대서척수수손후불동시기혈관내피생장인자(VEGF)함량적변화。[방법]건강웅성SD대서24지,서령120~250 d ,체질량200~250 g ,24 h주야순배광조,자유음수、취식,실온(24±2)℃。소유동물술전균경 Y 형전미궁측시,연후수궤분위삼조,매조각8지。제일조:정상대조조;제이조:안전감압조;제삼조:감압병조。각조분별우출창후1d、1주、2주、4주화8주진행혈청VEGF함량검측。[결과]정상대조조,안전감압조현시출창후1 d혈청VEGF함량교소,감압병조혈청VEGF함량교다,여정상대조조,안전감압조상비차이유현저성( P <0.05),감압병조혈청V EG F함량1주후하조,1주、2주감압병조여정상대조조,안전감압조상비차이역유현저성( P <0.05),4주、8주시각조비교차이균무현저성( P >0.05)。[결론]척수형감압병척수손상가상조혈청VEGF함량,종이대척수손상기도지도치료작용。
[Objective]To observe the change of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in adult rats after spinal cord injury at different period through establishing a rat model of spinal cord decompression sickness .[Meth-ods]Twenty four healthy male SD rats aged 120~250d and weighed 200~250g received 24-hour circadian light ,free drinking and food under room temperature 24 ± 2℃ .All animals underwent Y-type maze test before operation ,and then were randomly divided into normal control group( n=8) ,safe decompression group( n=8) and decompression sickness group( n=8) .Serum VEGF of rats in each group 1d ,1w ,2w ,4w and 8w after out of cabin was detected .[Results]Serum level of VEGF in normal control group and safe decompression group 1d after out of cabin was low-er ,while that in decompression sickness group was higher ,and there was significant difference between normal con-trol group and safe decompression group ( P<0 .05) .Serum level of VEGF in decompression sickness group 1w after out of cabin decreased ,and there was significant difference between decompression sickness group 1w and 2w after out of cabin and safe decompression group ( P<0 .05) ,but there was no significant difference among 3 groups at 4w and 8w( P>0 .05) .[Conclusion]Spinal cord injury in decompression sickness can increase serum VEGF ,which may guide the treatment of spinal cord injury .
