[目的]观察小儿智力糖浆治疗儿童失眠的临床疗效。[方法]将本院符合失眠标准的患儿50例随机分为两组，每组25例。治疗组给予小儿智力糖浆口服，每天3次，每次10～15 m L。对照组口服地西泮，每晚1次，每次2 mg ，两组均治疗4周为1个疗程。1个疗程结束后随访1个月，比较两组治疗效果。[结果]近期治疗效果显示治疗组总的有效率为88．00％（22/25），对照组为56．00％（14/25）；远期疗效显示治疗组总有效率为88．00％（22/25），对照组为52．00％（13/25），两组近期、远期疗效相比较，差异均有显著性（ P ＜0．05）。[结论]小儿智力糖浆可改善儿童失眠症状，疗效可，且无明显不良反应，安全性好。
[목적]관찰소인지력당장치료인동실면적림상료효。[방법]장본원부합실면표준적환인50례수궤분위량조，매조25례。치료조급여소인지력당장구복，매천3차，매차10～15 m L。대조조구복지서반，매만1차，매차2 mg ，량조균치료4주위1개료정。1개료정결속후수방1개월，비교량조치료효과。[결과]근기치료효과현시치료조총적유효솔위88．00％（22/25），대조조위56．00％（14/25）；원기료효현시치료조총유효솔위88．00％（22/25），대조조위52．00％（13/25），량조근기、원기료효상비교，차이균유현저성（ P ＜0．05）。[결론]소인지력당장가개선인동실면증상，료효가，차무명현불량반응，안전성호。
[Objective]To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiaoer Zhili syrup for the treatment of children with in-somnia .[Methods] A total of 50 children with insomnia were randomly divided into two groups with 25 cases in each group .The treatment group was treated with oral administration of Xiaoer Zhili syrup ,10~15 mL per time for three times a day ,while the control group was treated with diazepam tablets ,2 .5mg once every night for 4 weeks a course . After 1 course ,follow up visits were made for 1 month .The efficacy was compared between two groups .[Results]The short-term total effectiveness rate of treatment group and control group was 88 .00% (22/25) and 56 .00% (14/25) ,respectively .The long-term total effectiveness rate of treatment group and control group was 88 .00% (22/25) and 52 .00% (13/25) ,respectively .There was significant difference in short-term efficacy and long-term efficacy be-tween two groups( P<0 .05) .[Conclusion]Xiaoer Zhili syrup can improve insomnia in children ,and has fair cura-tive efficacy and good safety with no obvious adverse reactions .
